For custom engineering and product development engagements, Eminence Electronics executes mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before initiating any technical discussion:
- Full IP Assignment: 100% of intellectual property, schematics, PCB layout files, Gerber data, firmware source code, and deployment scripts belong exclusively to the client upon milestone payment completion.
- Source Code Repositories: All project code is maintained in secure, access-controlled repositories with multi-factor authentication. Access is revoked upon project completion and handoff.
- Confidential Information: We treat all client project data, specifications, and communications as strictly confidential information governed by the executed NDA.
9. Terms of Service & Limitation of Liability
All engineering engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that defines scope, milestones, payment terms, deliverables, and IP assignment terms. No work commences without an executed SOW and mutual NDA.
Eminence Electronics provides engineering services with rigorous quality standards (including 99.4% average SMT yield). Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation under the laws of the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
